This survey, conducted by 2CV on behalf of The Football Association (The FA) and Kick It Out, is all about your experience of grassroots football. Please remember by grassroots football we mean football played that is non-professional / non-elite, e.g. football organised by your local football club or Sunday League team which is affiliated to your local County FA, which is teams playing at Step 5 of the mens football pyramid and below and teams at Tier 3 and below in the women’s pyramid.

The results from this survey will help to make improvements in grassroots football with regards to tackling serious discipline cases relating to discriminatory abuse or physical contact/assault.

It will take up to 15 minutes to complete depending on your answers and your responses will be kept confidential. We will be asking some sensitive questions throughout about your views and experience on this serious topic which we understand may be traumatic – please be assured that your answers will be completely anonymised and all data we collect will be analysed collectively and not at an individual level, with opt out options for some of these sensitive questions if you would prefer. We have also included a list of support services on each page and at the end of this survey if you feel they may be useful.
